We know the importance of your privacy and your personal information, and we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information that you disclose to us. In order to enhance the quality of your experience with Seachild, we collect only that personal information that you deliberately and knowingly share with us. We would like to use your email address to send you e-mails about newly available Egerton Sykes material, and any information that might be of interest to you. If you choose not to receive our emails, simply contact us and we will permanently remove you from our list.

Although we make our best efforts to preserve user privacy, we will disclose personal information when required to do so by law. We will not share any of your personally identifiable information with any party without your express prior permission except as required by law.

Payment

Seachild accepts PayPal only. You can use your credit card or money transfer through them. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time. Contact us at info@Seachild.net to order. (See "Buy the Journals")

Sales Tax

Seachild does business out of the State of California in the United States Of America, therefore, Seachild collects sales tax only on purchases that are to be delivered within the State of California.

Guarantee & Return Policy

All CD products are checked for quality before being shipped. CDs and files can be read on MAC and Windows. Please note that some of the original journals were printed on cheap paper. You may wish to view some of the files at 100% size for ease of reading.

You buy it, it’s yours. If a CD is defective, you may return it at your expense and we will promptly send you a replacement.

The Seachild name, wave logo and all the text and photographs shown on our website are copyrighted by and trademarks of Seachild. The Sykes journals themselves are copyrighted by the Literary Estate of Egerton Sykes and are licensed to Seachild. All rights reserved.
